Essential Document

Following Supporting Documents Duly Attested Are To Be Submitted At The Time Of Submission Of Form at school:

  1. Attested Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
  2. Aadhar Card
  3. Proof of Residence. (Ration Card/Voter ID/Aadhar Card/Electricity/Telephone Bill/Passport) (The above documents should be in the name of parents)
  4. Relevant authentic Certificate in respect of SC / ST / OBC / EWS candidates. (The certificate must be issued by an Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar)
  5. Medical Certificate of the child. (only for children with special needs)
  6. It is compulsory to intimate to school/coaching also otherwise your admission will be lapse.
